Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient & Remote | $150k + Full Benefits | 4-Day Week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adult and adolescent patients
• Conduct psychiatric case management and maintain accurate clinical records
• Preserve medications as clinically indicated per state and federal guidelines
• Utilize EMR system for scheduling, telehealth visits, and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team inside and outside the practice
• Participate in daily office hours for administrative, training, and collaborative tasks
• Comply with state, federal, and practice confidentiality and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey PMHNP license
• Board Certified PMHNP-BC (required)
• 1–3 years psychiatric NP experience with prescribing to psychiatric population
• Experience in adult and/or child & adolescent psychiatry preferred
• Proficient with EMR systems and telehealth platforms
• Minimum 2 days/week available for onsite Freehold, NJ location

Schedule & Compensation

• $125,000–$150,000/year
• Full-time | Flexible 4+ days per week
• Hybrid — minimum 2 days onsite in Freehold, NJ | Remainder remote
• Evening hours may occasionally be required
