Nurse Practitioner - Flagship Health (Live Oak/San Antonio, TX)

About the role

Serve as the primary care provider for assigned Flagship Health patients. Lead a Clinical and Support Team in developing, implementing, and executing effective clinical programs, business operations, community support, social services, and wellness services. Support organizational strategy through continuous improvement and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and business operations, focusing on care management, quality improvement, and utilization management.
• Provide strategic input into organizational-wide projects, including clinical committee functions, network management, health plan management, documentation/risk adjustment, and clinical compliance & policy development.
• Foster a culture of innovation, open dialogue, and urgency, setting an example for others to follow.
• Analyze cost, quality, and satisfaction data using a metrics-driven approach to drive clinical strategy and program redesign.
• Develop and implement new processes with a focus on population health and high-value care.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in outpatient practice (preferred).
• Military or Veterans Health Administration experience (preferred).

Education / Training / Licensure

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Certification.
