About the role
Seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to work with a collaborative, compassionate group of Caregivers in Pleasant Hill, OR.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a family medicine practice setting.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform routine physical exams, screenings, and preventive health services.
- Manage patient records and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oregon.
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine.
- Experience with electronic medical records systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Knowledge of family medicine principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
