Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice

About the role

Seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to work with a collaborative, compassionate group of Caregivers in Pleasant Hill, OR.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a family medicine practice setting.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform routine physical exams, screenings, and preventive health services.
• Manage patient records and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oregon.
• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
• Knowledge of family medicine principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
