Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family practice care Monday through Friday, with a flexible 4-day workweek option.
• Serve the underserved community with a mission-driven approach.
• Work collaboratively within a small team across multiple sites.
• Manage patient care using eClinicalWorks EMR system.
• Manage a call schedule with a 1:12 phone call duty.

Qualifications & Skills

• Post-training experience of 2+ years preferred.
