Community Health Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their integrated healthcare system in Indianapolis, IN. The position is based at the Family Medicine Care, Hillsdale location.

Responsibilities

• Work within a single, robust electronic medical record system (EPIC)
• Participate in outstanding provider engagement and patient satisfaction initiatives
• Maintain national certification and eligibility for prescriptive authority

Requirements

• Successfully completed a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination
• Eligible for prescriptive authority under Indiana State Board of Nursing criteria

Qualifications

• Family medicine training
• National certification in advanced practice nursing
• Eligibility for prescriptive authority
