Facility Overview

The facility has 20 ED beds and 10–12 recliners for fast-track and vertical patients, serving a full age spectrum with acuity typical of a community emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients presenting to the Emergency Department
• Provide high-quality, efficient care across varying acuity levels
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary teams
• Support CHRISTUS Health’s mission of compassionate, patient-centered care

Requirements

• Eligible for or currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of New Mexico

Preferred Background

• Emergency Medicine experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
