About the role
We are seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in our Cardiology Division to provide inpatient and outpatient care, working 50% in each setting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Interventional Cardiovascular team to care for cardiovascular patients.
- Managing outpatient clinics with approximately 16 patients daily and inpatient rounding with CCU and ICU teams.
- Working closely with physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and support staff in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- NP Board Certification; new graduates with cardiology or cardiac surgery experience are encouraged to apply.
- Current Arizona Medical License, BLS, ACLS, and DEA license with prescribing privileges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Detail-oriented and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
Schedule
Monday through Friday schedule with rotating weekends and holidays.
