About the role
Provide high quality patient care under the supervision of a physician, within your scope of training and education. Assess patient care plans and deliver comprehensive care independently or in autonomous collaboration with other health professionals. Coordinate with healthcare personnel to establish mutual goals, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish objectives. Demonstrate and foster a commitment to patient satisfaction and teamwork.
Requirements
- Successful completion of National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current Utah licensure/certification, including DEA number
- Motivated, hardworking individual with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task effectively
