We’re looking for a confident, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner who thrives in a dynamic, high-touch care environment and is excited to be part of a growing practice in Sioux Falls.

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Deliver a high-end, personalized patient experience with strong communication and education
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Support continuity of care through follow-ups, documentation, and patient engagement
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and growth
What We’re Looking For
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in South Dakota
- Strong clinical judgment with a patient-first mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Interest in growing with a practice and potentially expanding hours over time
Schedule & Growth
- Full time - M-Th 8am-5pm, F 8am - 2:30pm
