About the role

Deliver high-quality healthcare within The Little Clinic’s scope of services, focusing on patient satisfaction and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with patients, store personnel, and the healthcare community to enhance practice building and continuity of care.

  • Contribute to promoting health and wellness through diagnosis, treatment, and patient education.
  • Support the mission of simplifying healthcare in America and contributing to healthier communities.

Qualifications

  • Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's Degree as a Physician Assistant (PAs in Ohio must have completed 500 hours of post-graduate physician-supervised experience).
  • One year of experience in healthcare.
  • Active license, American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification, and all necessary state credentials.
  • Board certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C); or physician assistant (PA-C), where eligible.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • High degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with applicable clinical procedures.
  • Experience with electronic health record charting systems.
  • Previous experience in retail health, emergency health, or critical care.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Experience providing high-quality medical care to patients.
  • Experience participating in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings.
  • Experience ensuring a safe and quality-based healthcare environment.
  • Experience collaborating with regional management on community events.
  • Experience managing clinic inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Experience performing quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing.
  • Experience utilizing company information systems and adhering to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
  • Experience supporting the mentor program and being a resource and role model.
  • Experience maintaining clinical knowledge through ongoing education seminars.
  • Experience covering clinics within the region as needed.
  • Experience controlling costs to meet budgeted profitability goals.
  • Experience maintaining a presence in the community through local nursing organization involvement and community outreach programs.
  • Experience presenting a neat, well-groomed image, wearing a clean, white lab coat, and closed-toe shoes.
  • Experience participating in operational duties and responsibilities as assigned by regional management.
  • Experience as a float, traveling to designated clinics within a specified geographic area.

Pay

Up to $21,000 in tuition reimbursement over your career, through our industry-leading Continuing Education program.
