Nurse Practitioner

About the role

Singlepoint Healthcare is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, comprehensive care for patients with inflammatory diseases in a model built around access, compassion, and whole-person support.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients
• Develop evidence-based care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic and lab testing
• Prescribe medications in accordance with state law and practice guidelines
• Partner with physicians and care teams to support acute, chronic, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support quality improvement, peer review, and clinical best practices
• Participate in research-related clinical assessments as needed

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license
• Master’s degree
• DEA registration or eligibility
• CPR certification
• 2–5 years of clinical experience
• Strong communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and patient education skills
