Nurse Practitioner

About the role

Under the supervision of the Owner, COO, and Director of Operations, the Nurse Practitioner will use clinical judgment and build rapport with patients under Rejuvime care while collaborating with the clinical team to provide exceptional care. Incumbent is to display a high level clinical knowledge when delivering quality care aligning with company mission.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and detailed records of patients' health care plans in EMR
• Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostics when identifying potential patients for therapy services and dosing in accordance with protocols
• Provide consultation with patients in person and by phone, as well as ordering lab work
• Perform aesthetic assessments and treatments such as Botox and hyaluronic acid fillers
• Conduct and monitor hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
• Educate patients on the treatment process and pre/post care recommendations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current certification and licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Master of Science in Nursing from accredited college or university
• Board Certifications from either AANP or ANCC
