About the role

Quality Correctional Care is seeking Nurse Practitioners to lead a team of medical staff and provide comprehensive care to patients with various medical conditions. This role plays a crucial part in advancing Quality Correctional Care's services across the northern region of Indiana.

Responsibilities

  • Provide treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions
  • Lead a team of medical staff
  • Advance Quality Correctional Care's services in the corrections-involved individual healthcare journey

Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner, currently licensed to practice medicine in the state of hire
  • Cleared background check
  • Indiana License (Michigan license bonus, but not required)
  • BLS/CPR certified
  • Previous experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, or ER Medicine is preferred but not required

Pay

Based on employee licensure and previous experiences.

Qualifications

  • Must be willing to travel to various correctional facilities in the northeastern part of the state, including Lagrange, Steuben, Noble, DeKalb, Whitley, and Koscuisko counties
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week with some weekend flexibility
