- Provide personalized care plans that address both acute and chronic conditions
- Empower patients with education and lifestyle guidance to achieve their health goals

Requirements
- A licensed Nurse Practitioner with a passion for integrative health
- An interest in specializing in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), a huge asset - guidance on obtaining certification provided
- Strong clinical skills, a commitment to evidence-based practice, and a patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication skills and motivation to collaborate with a team
Qualifications
- Experience in integrative medicine
- Knowledge of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
