About the role
Take care of an incredibly culturally diverse patient population of all ages, in a team-based care environment.
Practice on an integrated care team with Behavioral Health providers (therapists and prescribers).
Contribute to a team by supporting and maintaining an open and positive attitude.
Care for patients while working a flexible schedule.
Respond appropriately to cultural biases or conflicts, or seek support when needed.
Enroll in the National Health Loan Forgiveness Repayment program.
Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate health care and teaching to patients and their families.
- Take care of patients on-site and remotely, on integrated teams with Physicians, PAs, NPs, and BH providers, along with support staff including nurses, medical assistants, community health workers, and more!
- Excel in providing high quality care for patients, driven by data, and inspired by our relationships with patients and their families.
- Participate in organization-provided continuing education on an ongoing basis, including a subscription to Up to Date.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Massachusetts license for the practice of medicine.
- CPR certification.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in primary care is preferred.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.
