Nurse Practitioner
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team full-time, in person in Los Angeles.
This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about functional medicine, hormone optimization, and longevity care, and who is excited not only to practice medicine—but to build a thriving patient panel within a concierge model.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a concierge setting
- Perform advanced functional and preventive medicine assessments
- Interpret and act on specialized lab testing (hormones, metabolic markers, micronutrients, etc.)
- Support and manage hormone optimization programs (including perimenopause/menopause care)
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans including:
- Nutrition and lifestyle interventions
- Supplement protocols
- IV therapy and regenerative treatments
- Collaborate closely with Dr. Read on complex case management and care strategy
- Educate patients on longevity, prevention, and health optimization
- Build, manage, and grow your own loyal patient panel over time
- Provide a white-glove experience tailored to an elite clientele

Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner NP-104 (California or eligible)
- 3–5+ years clinical experience preferred
- Deep interest in:
