About the role
You'll be the clinical expert patients trust to achieve results they didn't think were possible without surgery — owning every treatment relationship from first consult through long-term results.
Responsibilities
- Performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments
- Conducting consultations
- Designing individualized treatment plans
- Documenting accurately
- Partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor
- Working with a custom EMR built for LaserAway
- Participating in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest FDA-cleared technologies
Requirements
- Current RN license (state-issued)
- 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg) experience
- Eager to build aesthetics skills — full training provided
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day
- Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius
