Nurse Practitioner

About the role

We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Full-Time Nurse Practitioners with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers in our Nassau County Urgent Care Centers!

Responsibilities

• Treatment of all ages (6 months and older)
• Minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.)
• Reading EKGs and X-rays

Requirements

• 2 or more years of full-time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York
• Passing score on NCLEX-RN

Skills

• Excellent clinical skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
