About the role
The Coquille Valley Hospital Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Myrtle Point, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Work with two other clinic-based providers and medical assistant staff.
- Provide primary care services to patients.
- Diagnose and manage common medical conditions and chronic illnesses.
- Prescribe medications as necessary.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited program as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Nurse (APN).
- Advanced education and training in the diagnosis and management of common medical conditions and chronic illnesses.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Oregon at the time of hire.
- License must include prescriptive authority.
- At least three years of experience practicing within either an Internal Medicine or Family Practice setting.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Oregon.
- Must have prescriptive authority.
