Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, medical histories, physical exams, and develop nursing care plans
- Document patient progress and ensure compliance with ChenMed standards for quality and service
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient management strategies
- Participate in clinical rounds and conferences, providing insights and updates on patient care
Requirements
- An ARNP or similar advanced degree in Nursing
- Current Nurse Practitioner Certification in the State of practice
- Board certification by AANP or ANCC (preferred)
- A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (within 90 days of employment)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Detail-oriented with the ability to pay close attention to patient charts and medications
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
The candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care in ChenMed/Jencare medical centers, nursing homes, and home settings.
Skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure are necessary. Detail-oriented with the ability to pay close attention to patient charts and medications is important. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are needed.
Pay
Pay Range: $111,140 - $158,771
Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonuses or commissions.
