Role Summary: Carease Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a background in Geriatrics or Internal Medicine to do Weekend rounds delivering high-quality preventative care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. As a hybrid role, you'll combine on-site visits with remote work from home, supported by a dedicated scribe team for efficient documentation.
