We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: Position Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: Key Duties & Responsibilities list. - Requirements: maybe Qualifications? The posting has "Qualifications" section with Education & Licensure, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities, Working Conditions / Other, Compliance & HIPAA, Disclaimer. We need to map to headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Pay: "$140,000+ annually depending on experience". That's specific, so include Pay section. Schedule: "HOURS: M-THURS - (Closed on Fridays) Full-Time". So schedule: Monday-Thursday, closed Fridays, full-time. So include Schedule. Benefits: "FREE PARKING AT ALL SITES". That's a benefit. Also maybe other benefits not listed. So include Benefits with free parking. Skills: The posting includes "Knowledge, Skills & Abilities". That can go under Skills. Qualifications: Could include Education & Licensure, Experience, maybe Working Conditions? But we have separate Qualifications heading. We'll put Education & Licensure, Experience under Qualifications. Requirements: Could be the mandatory qualifications? Might be overlapping. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content for each. We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID etc. We must use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting, but we can format as lists. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes a Disclaimer at end; that's boilerplate? It's a generic disclaimer; maybe we should remove it as it's boilerplate. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The disclaimer is legal boilerplate; likely remove. Also "Compliance & HIPAA" maybe not boilerplate but it's policy; but it's substantive? It's about compliance; maybe keep? It's not explicitly listed as boilerplate; but it's about HIPAA compliance. Might be considered policy; but we can keep as part of Requirements or Qualifications? It's not a list; we could include as a paragraph under Requirements. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the compliance statement. We also have "Working Conditions / Other". That's substantive. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", etc. We have specific pay and schedule. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We have them. Now structure:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like Disclaimer. We removed it. Check for duplicated lines: we have not repeated. Check for any missing substantive info: The "Working Conditions / Other" we omitted. That's substantive: "Work is performed primarily in a clinical healthcare environment. May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle sticks), and chemical hazards. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, and sitting; bending, stooping, and stretching; and sufficient manual dexterity to operate clinical and office equipment. Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds to assist with patient mobility. Requires adequate hearing and vision to perform clinical assessments and documentation." We need to include that somewhere. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. Perhaps under Requirements as a paragraph. Let's add a paragraph under Requirements after the compliance paragraph. Thus Requirements will have two paragraphs: compliance and working conditions. We must not invent; just include. Now ensure we didn't miss any other details: The "Position Summary" we included. The "Key Duties & Responsibilities" we included as list items. The "Qualifications" we split into Education & Licensure and Experience. The "Knowledge, Skills & Abilities" we put under Skills. The "Benefits" we have free parking. The "Pay" we have. The "Schedule" we have. Check for any other details: "FREE PARKING AT ALL SITES" we captured. The "HOURS: M-THURS - (Closed on Fridays) Full-Time" we captured. Now ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now output only HTML fragment. We need to use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

      for prose. We have used

      • for lists. For responsibilities we used a single
      • with a long list; but we could break each duty into separate
      • items. The instruction: Use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid combining multiple items in one
        • , but better to separate each duty. However the original list includes many items separated by commas and semicolons. We could split each bullet as a separate duty. Let's do that for clarity. We'll create separate
        • for each duty bullet. List of duties from the posting: - Evaluate and manage patients with common rheumatologic conditions, including but not limited to: Osteoarthritis; Positive ANA workup; Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA); Osteoporosis; Gout and other crystalline arthropathies; Sjögren’s Syndrome; Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR); Lupus; Chronic neck and back pain; Soft tissue rheumatism (e.g., trigger finger, bursitis, tendonitis, epicondylitis, carpal tunnel syndrome); Hypermobility syndrome; Fibromyalgia; Raynaud’s phenomenon - Perform comprehensive patient histories, physical examinations, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with established clinical protocols, applicable laws and regulations, and the NP's scope of practice. - Diagnose and manage patient conditions within the NP's education, training, certification, licensure, and scope of practice, and collaborate with ARA physicians as appropriate. - Prescribe medications and perform office-based procedures as permitted by applicable state law, licensure, certification, clinical protocols, and available equipment. - Order, review, and interpret diagnostic studies, including laboratory tests, radiographs, and DEXA scans, as permitted by applicable law and scope of practice. - Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, including medication management and follow-up care. - Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, disease management, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications. - Refer patients for appropriate internal and external services, including ultrasound, infusion therapy, physical therapy, and other diagnostic or treatment services. -
