Assigned Territory: This position serves patients throughout the Greater Cleveland Area, providing specialty care at Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Post-Acute Care facilities located in Cleveland; Beachwood, Mentor, Brunswick, and surrounding communities. Daily travel within the assigned territory is expected to support patient care and operational needs. Providers enjoy a full-time, Monday through Friday daytime schedule with no regularly scheduled weekends or traditional on-call responsibilities, allowing for an exceptional work-life balance.
