About the Role

Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a growing sector of healthcare offering excellent work-life balance (no on-call or weekend duties). We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Nurse Practitioner for our Canterbury Center in Shepherdstown, WV. New graduates are encouraged to apply. The base salary range is $109,000 - $120,000 / year, plus a no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or Area Clinical Practice Manager.
• Collaborates on-site with the Center Leadership Team for center-specific goals and priorities.
• Works with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient-specific medical care.
• Provides primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers.
• Partners with Center Leadership to achieve AlignMed Partners' mission of improving lives through high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program, licensed as a registered nurse.
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing, specializing in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other concentrations considered based on experience and business need.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations preferred.
• APRN with an unrestricted professional license and DEA in states where practice allows.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state law, pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. Full-time benefits require a minimum of 30 hours per week. Certain benefits are not available to part-time employees working 16-29 hours per week.
