Overview
Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care offers work-life balance flexibility with no on-call or weekends. We are seeking a part-time (20-30 hours, 2-3 days per week) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Village Green of Bristol Center in Bristol, CT. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager
- Collaborates on-site with the Center Leadership Team for center-specific goals and priorities
- Collaborates with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient-specific medical care
- Provides primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers
- Works collaboratively with Center Leadership to achieve AlignMed Partners' mission of improving lives through high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program, licensed as a registered nurse, certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing, with a concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other concentrations/specialty tracks may be considered based on experience and business need.
- Physician Assistant: Graduate from a program accredited by the ARC-PA, PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PA-C designation, PA state licensure, and NCCPA certification.
- Minimum of two years experience working with adult or geriatric population is preferred
- APRN: Unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice (where state practice allows)
- PA: Unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice

Pay
Base salary range: $54 - $60 per hour, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and no-cap incentive compensation productivity bonus.
