Nurse Practitioner

About the Role

AgelessRx’s Nurse Practitioner will be a flexible, remote 1099 contractor working as part of our medical team to provide prescriptive services. Compensation is based on completed clinical tasks and consultations rather than hourly requirements, with no minimum hourly commitment. Average monthly compensation is approximately $5,000, depending on licensure coverage, availability, and completed volume.

We are specifically seeking providers licensed in 13+ states, with strong preference given to candidates licensed in one or more of the priority states: CA, TX, FL, NY, IL, CO, PA, AZ, WA, and/or OH.

Responsibilities

• Review patient medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
• Evaluate prescription requests and determine treatment appropriateness using clinical guidelines and independent medical judgment
• Conduct and document synchronous video and/or phone consultations in applicable states
• Collaborate with clinical operations, administrative, and support teams to ensure efficient patient care
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, risks, and follow-up recommendations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within telehealth platforms and EMR systems
• Support ongoing improvements to clinical workflows and operational processes
• Help uphold high standards for patient safety, compliance, and customer experience

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license(s) in good standing
• Licensed in 13+ U.S. states
• Ability and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
• Comfortable conducting synchronous telehealth consultations where required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner

• Interest in preventative health, wellness, and longevity medicine is a plus

Pay

Average monthly compensation is approximately $5,000, depending on licensure coverage, availability, and completed volume.
