Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Occupational Medicine

About the Role
We are seeking a provider who is passionate about practicing Occupational Medicine and managing work-related injuries. Candidates with experience in Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care are well-positioned to thrive in this role. No after hours call responsibility and no weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose work-related injuries and illnesses
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with employers and employees to prevent workplace injuries
- Provide ergonomic assessments and recommendations
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences
- Document patient encounters and treatment plans accurately
Requirements
- Minimum two years experience in Occupational Medicine or related specialty
- License in the state of WA as a PA by the time of employment
- Board certified by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Certified by the American Heart Association for BLS for Healthcare Providers
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in electronic medical records systems

- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
