Requirements

• Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
• Certification in Current BLS for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association

Pay and Benefits

• Min $75.34 per hour - Max $75.34 per hour
