Central California non-profit, community-based health center is seeking board-certified/board-eligible Adult Primary Care and Women’s Health Advanced Practice Providers to join their team.

Practice features a collaborative, team-based care approach utilizing modern facilities and equipment. Positions qualify for loan repayment opportunities through NHSC.

Schedule

Full-time schedule with alternative work schedule options available, including an optional 4-day work week.

Pay

Base salary: $142,853 – $228,565. Productivity and quality incentive programs are available.
