Nurse – Plasma Center (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility through medical history, physical exams, and lab tests
• Manage donor adverse events and evaluate reactions following SOPs
• Refer complex cases to Center Physician or Medical Affairs
• Support vaccination programs and manage employee incidents
• Assist in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; licensed or certified as LPN or LVN
• Current CPR and AED certification
• Experience in clinical or hospital settings (minimum two years)
• Knowledge of industry regulations and basic IV therapy skills
• Completion of FDA-approved training for Medical Support Specialist
