Responsibilities

• Serve as a single point of contact for referring physicians, patients, and caregivers to provide resources and assistance.
• Oversee treatment plans for patients to ensure seamless care coordination between the medical team and patients.
• Aid in scheduling appointments for patients, including those with labs, diagnostic facilities, and specialty physicians.
• Engage in community outreach activities, such as public speaking and promoting the program and Jupiter Medical Center system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
• Active American Heart Association BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• At least five (5) years of nursing experience, with three (3) years in an Oncology-related field.
• Knowledge of physician office processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships and coordinating care.
• Knowledgeable about oncology disease processes and symptom management.
• Ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships and communication levels with various stakeholders.
• Experience performing independently within the scope of practice.
• Ability to interpret and analyze patient care situations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
