Nurse Navigator, Maternal Fetal Medicine

Responsibilities

• Assesses learning needs, provides education, assesses learning achieved, and provides support and navigation to patients and families.
• Participates in quality control and assurance.
• Participates in process improvement activities.
• May participate in some aspects of clinical care as needed.
• Other duties may vary by department such as various program coordination and maintaining registries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing Required
• Additional Job Description: Ohio RN License
• Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum of 3 years RN experience
• Highly Desirable: EFM certification preferred
• Experience with nonstress test (NST) highly desirable
• Women's Health experience (OB office and/or L&D preferred)
