Nurse Midwife (Delivery)

About the role

Maiden Lane Medical is a leading, patient-centered, multi-specialty medical practice with seven locations across New York City. We are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our growing women’s health team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive gynecologic evaluations.
• Ability to deliver.
• Order laboratory tests and imaging studies, and prescribe medications when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record, including charting and patient communications.
• Respond to patient messages, clinical inquiries, and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Participate in required training and adhere to company policies, clinical protocols, and best practices.
• Collaborate with in-office providers as needed.

Requirements

• Board-Certified WHNP or CNM
• New York Licensed
• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a certified midwife
• NY DEA
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong ability to connect with patients and provide compassionate care

$120,000 - $140,000
