NURSE MGR-VIRTUAL CARE INTEGRATION

About the role

The Virtual Care Integration- Nurse Manager is accountable for the leadership, operational management, and clinical oversight of a team of virtual nurses and unlicensed caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Ensures successful integration of virtual nursing services into the care delivery model
• Optimizes patient outcomes, caregiver experience, quality, safety, and operational efficiency
• Collaborates with nursing operations, clinical informatics, digital health and technology, physicians and advanced practice providers to evolve and continuously improve virtual care workflows
• Enhances acute care at the bedside while supporting organizational goals

Requirements

• Minimum Level of Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing; MSN preferred
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Valid Registered Nurse License in the State of Ohio Nursing Leadership Certification preferred
• Minimum Level of Experience: 3 - 5 years of job-related experience
• Prior job title or occupational experience: Minimum of three years progressive leadership experience
• Prior specific functional responsibilities: N/A
• Preferred experience: Inpatient acute care leadership experience
• Other experience requirements: Familiarity with hospital operations, electronic health records, and healthcare technology
