Role Overview

The RN Nurse Manager leads and manages a designated ICU/CCU unit, promoting clinical excellence, staff retention, safety, and quality standards. They oversee resources, foster collaboration, and ensure compliance with nursing standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Baccalaureate degree in nursing required; Master’s preferred
