Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare financing, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and employ quality improvement techniques.
- Active nursing license and adherence to professional standards and ethics.
