NURSE MANAGER-RENAL

Responsibilities

• Affirms responsibility for productivity and budgetary requirements.
• Safeguards patient satisfaction by supervising and evaluating the quality of treatment and care provided to patients.
• Manages staff to ensure quality clinical outcomes and competency.
• Oversees the assigned patient population, including staff assignments.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Healthcare/Medical - Nurse: Staff certification required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse.
• Certified Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
