Nurse Manager - Primary Care Clinic

Role Overview: This position involves managing the delivery of integrated primary and specialty outpatient care in a clinical setting. Key Responsibilities Oversee patient care systems to ensure quality, safety, compliance, and optimal outcomes.Allocate resources including staffing, environment, and technology, and manage fiscal operations.Participate in program development, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.Develop staff through shared decision-making, fostering teamwork, and enhancing communication.Manage costs, budgets, and staffing plans, ensuring efficient clinic operations.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop policies, standards, and service improvements.Handle human resources, labor relations, and safety issues.Implement new care standards, scope of practice, and policies, working closely with physicians.Monitor clinic performance and coordinate activities across departments. Qualifications & Skills Previous supervisory or management experience.Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and active RN license in California.Strong management, leadership, and operational skills with knowledge of clinic workflows and healthcare regulations.Excellent interpersonal skills to foster effective communication and collaboration.Knowledge of healthcare IT, quality standards, and compliance requirements.Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively. Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years of clinical experience and 2-3 years of progressive supervisory roles.Master’s degree, active BLS certification, and knowledge of emerging healthcare practices.Active American Heart Association PALS certification and Board Certified RN status.
