Role Overview The Nurse Manager oversees nursing departments, ensuring high-quality patient care, financial performance, and leadership development. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, staffing, equipment, budgeting, supply procurement, employee performance, and strategic planning aligned with organizational goals. The role involves supervising staff recruitment, retention, competency verification, and fostering a professional, engaged environment. Key Duties Manage clinical environment, uphold standards of care, and promote shared decision-making.Develop and monitor budgets, optimize resource utilization, and achieve financial targets.Ensure sufficient staffing, oversee staff training, performance evaluations, and competency assessments.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and accreditation standards.Improve patient satisfaction through metric analysis and action plans.Partner with physicians and support community outreach initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and current RN license.Leadership experience and two years of clinical practice.Skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, financial management, clinical knowledge, and mentorship.Ability to manage resources, ensure patient safety, and promote staff engagement. Additional Requirements Basic Life Support certification.Physical ability to perform patient care activities, operate monitors, and handle equipment.
