Job Summary
Designated as the leader for a specified nursing area(s), its patient population and assigned staff. As such, he/she has 24-hour responsibility and accountability for all patient care activities, unit operation, and staff function.

Job Essentials
- A minimum of 4 years of PACU experience required.
- 2 years of nursing managerial experience is preferred.
Education Requirements
- BSN required.
- Master's required or matriculation in an Master's program.
Licenses/Certifications/Registries
- Current NJ RN License,
- BLS,
- ACLs and PALS required.
- Specialty Certification required.
Pay
