Clinical Nurse - Same Day Surgery/PACU

About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and participation in safety, quality, and regulatory activities. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and proactive communication are essential.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years of recent bedside nursing experience, preferably in pediatrics or surgical settings.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
