Nurse Manager - Operating Room

Role Overview: This position involves leading and managing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and implementing best practice models across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Providing staff development, fostering collaboration, and driving performance improvement through coaching and training.Managing team performance, ensuring policy compliance, and resolving escalated issues to meet operational goals.Overseeing administrative functions such as budgeting, data analysis, and compliance to support patient care and operational efficiency.Leading care delivery in a 24/7 environment by monitoring resources, managing multidisciplinary teams, and implementing emergency preparedness protocols.Driving operational and technological improvements by leading strategic projects and process enhancements.Ensuring safe, quality care delivery by maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and continuously improving clinical practices. Qualifications & Skills Minimum three years of patient care delivery experience and two years in a leadership role.Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, or related field; or extensive relevant experience.Required certifications include ACLS, PALS, and BLS at hire.Valid registered nurse licenses from relevant states, with multi-state credentials as applicable.
