Nurse Manager- Operating and Procedure Rooms

About the role

Copley Hospital seeks a Nurse Manager to lead the Operating and Procedure Rooms. The ideal candidate will manage a dedicated and passionate team, focusing on surgical excellence and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of RNs, CNAs, and other support staff in providing high-quality surgical care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and patient safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Oversee the Central Sterile Reprocessing Department and new Operating Room facilities.
• Manage the General Surgery robotic program as it expands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or currently enrolled in a BSN program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Vermont.
• 3-5 years of current Operating Room clinical experience.
• 1-2 years of current experience in nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Experience with robotic surgery systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Pay

$89,000 - $99,000 annually. Salary may vary based on experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data.

Copley Hospital offers a variety of shifts including Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem options.
