About the Role

We are seeking a Nursing Manager responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care for a specific population, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes and optimal resource utilization.

Responsibilities

• Create a professional practice environment aligned with organizational goals and standards
• Promote staff engagement, patient satisfaction, safety, and quality care
• Implement elements of the Nursing Strategic Plan within the department
• Manage staff, foster teamwork, and ensure adherence to policies
• Analyze complex data to inform clinical and operational decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; active pursuit of a Baccalaureate degree acceptable
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience
• Current RN license or temporary permit in the practice state
• Preferred: BSN, Master's degree, specialty certification
