Nurse Manager- Medical Telemetry
About the role
The Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who functions as a patient care provider, supervisor and clinical resource for staff. She/he implements management and clinical activities. Coordinates clinical activities to ensure that the nursing process is operationalized utilizing Standards of Care/Standards of Practice. Primary responsibilities include ensuring the provision of patient care consistent with department/hospital and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate nursing program (BSN) preferred.
- Certificates/Licenses Required: Current Massachusetts RN license, BLS and ACLS required.
- Experience: Minimum of three to five years clinical experience required; charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
Skills
- Analytical abilities necessary to organize, supervise and evaluate the work of others, to develop, interpret, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures and standards.
- Effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Effective verbal and written multilingual skill (beyond English) in languages appropriate to the patient populations served by the Hospital.
- Proficiency with standard software programs used in healthcare (such as MS Word, Outlook) and web browsers, patient registration systems and electronic medical record.
- Some telemetry experience preferred.
Pay
Compensation Range: $113,500.00‑$164,500.00. This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications; base pay determination considers education, experience, skills, certifications/licenses, business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market competitiveness. NOTE: This range is based on Boston‑area data and is subject to modification based on geographic location.
