About the Role

The Nurse Manager oversees daily operations of the Med/Surg Unit, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. They allocate resources, promote evidence-based practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and support clinical, human resources, and financial decision-making while advocating for patient safety and staff development.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Active RN licensure.
• National certification within one year of hire.
• At least five years of recent nursing experience.
• Minimum of two years in clinical leadership.
• BLS certification.
