NURSE MANAGER Invasive Cardiology
About the role
The Nurse Manager for Invasive Cardiology Services provides strategic, clinical, operational, and financial leadership for the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Electrophysiology (EP) Laboratory, and nursing services supporting Interventional Radiology (IR). This role is accountable for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, staff development, and fiscal stewardship. The Nurse Manager collaborates closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, procedural staff, radiology leadership, and hospital administration to achieve excellence in cardiovascular and interventional procedural services.
Reports to: Director of Nursing for Perioperative Services and Procedural Areas.
Pay
Annual base salary range: $165,000.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, including seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
