About the role
The Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse responsible and accountable for the 24-hour planning, organizing, directing and evaluating of clinical, administrative and operational and regulatory/compliance activities for their assigned department(s).

Requirements
- Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Masters preferred
- Minimum 3 Years Relevant Clinical Experience
- Minimum 2 years progressive leadership skills
- Wound Ostomy Continence Certification through WOCNB required
- 3-5 years of wound experience in acute care
- Strong Written And Verbal Communications Skills Required
Qualifications
- Exceptions to the educational requirement will be evaluated on an individual basis
- Continued progress toward completion of the educational requirement within five years will be required
