Role Overview

This position leads the implementation of best practice models, patient care delivery systems, and practice standards across service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and fosters collaborative relationships, provides coaching, and manages talent for growth and succession planning.
• Oversees unit operations, ensuring policy adherence, resource allocation, and performance improvement.
• Manages continuum of care and care-at-home operations, ensuring compliance, financial performance, and patient outcomes.
• Ensures standardized care delivery through strategic partnerships, data analysis, and resource management.
• Led operational and technological improvements, implementing strategic initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) with at least five years in healthcare operations or related fields.
• Minimum four years in a leadership role and three years in patient or customer service.
• RN license from relevant states (or Compact License), with required credentials post-hire.
• Basic Life Support certification.
