About the Role
This position leads the implementation of best practice models, patient care delivery systems, and practice standards across the service line. Responsibilities include delegating tasks related to the investigation and resolution of patient/family/member concerns, facilitating collaboration with physicians and healthcare providers, monitoring resource needs, managing equipment and supplies, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining clinical expertise for self and/or team.
Responsibilities
- Creates and advocates for developmental opportunities; builds collaborative, cross-functional relationships.
- Solicits and acts on performance feedback; sets goals and provides coaching to drive performance improvement.
- Pursues professional growth; hires, trains, and develops talent; evaluates talent for succession planning.
- Oversees implementation of organizational changes, best practices, and industry trends; shares best practices across teams.
- Fosters open dialogue, motivates teams, and promotes collaboration to meet business objectives.
- Delegates tasks and decisions; provides guidance and encourages development in decision-making.
- Manages designated units by translating business plans into tactical actions; ensures policy compliance and identifies improvement opportunities.
- Aligns team efforts, builds accountability, and measures progress; resolves escalated issues.
- Communicates goals and objectives; incorporates resources, costs, and forecasts into plans.
- Removes performance obstacles; addresses improvement opportunities and develops contingency plans.
- Manages continuum of care operations, including oversight of timelines, workflows, and compliance with financial commitments.
- Develops and guides operational initiatives; manages programs, services, and systems.
- Directs survey and compliance readiness activities; prepares audit documentation and reports.
- Contributes to budget management, cost control, and financial oversight.
- Ensures standardized care delivery through strategic partnerships and oversight of complex workstreams.
- Leads data gathering, analysis, and alignment with guidelines and regulations.
- Aligns patient care management solutions across departments for seamless transitions.
- Manages resources in clinical areas; leads multidisciplinary teams and holds them accountable.
- Facilitates contract/vendor relations for optimal patient care.
- Assists in designing emergency preparedness programs and ensures staff training.
- Leads project teams and monitors implementation, resource distribution, and delivery on objectives.
- Implements strategic projects to improve quality, service, affordability, and efficiency.
- Develops structured approaches for root cause analysis and solution implementation.
- Ensures performance metrics align with strategic organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in business operations, clinical healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
- Minimum three (3) years of customer or patient service experience.
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
- Registered Professional Nurse License (Georgia) required at hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) year of experience managing operational or project budgets.
- Three (3) years of project/program management and/or implementation-related experience.

Schedule
- Full-time, standard worker location (onsite).
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40.
- Shift: Day (Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat).
- Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM.
Pay
Pay Range: $160,000 - $184,800 per year. Actual base pay determined at offer based on labor market data, internal alignment, and candidate’s experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
